Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate claims and ensure clear communication with all involved parties Evaluate the situation, initiate communication with the relevant department, and transfer responsibility to the Manager/Project Manager for scheduling.
  • Prepare required documentatioand arrange meetings.
  • Ensure inspection dates, notes, photos, and documents are updated in DASH.
  • Follow up on missing homeowner/insurance details.
  • Assist the PM in scheduling crews and coordinating with homeowners.
  • Track construction and contents phases in DASH, and create linked jobs as needed.
  • Ensure all meetings, notes, dates, and documentation are completed and accurate.
  • Maintain daily client care calls and communication.
  • Confirm that scheduled crews/subcontractors match customer availability, and handle any necessary schedule adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer software, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong listening skills-able to gather feedback, probe for additional details, and respond promptly.
  • Effective oral communication skills-clear and persuasive in various situations, with the ability to think quickly and adapt.
  • Dependability-consistently on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction, and actively seeks feedback to improve performance.

  • Pay range: $22/hr-$27/hr
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Location: 100% onsite, Woodbury
  • Type: Direct Hire
